Responsibilities
- The role supports the platform's spiritual and holistic guidance services, helping clients discover relevant experts or sessions and coordinating the experience from enquiry through completion.
- The person will work with experts, clients and internal teams to keep information accurate and communication timely.
- An open-minded, respectful communication style and comfort with diverse client interests will be valuable.
- The role is hands-on and suits someone who enjoys taking ownership rather than simply passing enquiries between teams.
- The successful candidate will be expected to communicate clearly, keep commitments visible and make the experience easier for the person seeking guidance.
