Mandatory: Financial Crime + Data Engineering + Python + SQL + BigQuery

JD:

Data Engineering & Technical Skills

- Strong experience in Data Engineering, including building, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
- Proficient in Python and SQL, with handson expertise in writing complex queries, performance tuning, and automation.
- Skilled in Google BigQuery and contemporary cloud-based data warehousing technologies.
- Competent in Database Administration, including schema management, optimization, and monitoring.
- Knowledge of Data Modelling & Design, including dimensional modelling, relational schema design, and best practices.
- Understanding of Data Architecture concepts, including data flows, storage patterns, and system integration.
- Foundational experience in Software Engineering, including coding standards, version control, and structured development practices.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and tools to support CI/CD and environment management.
- Working knowledge of Technical Operations for ensuring data availability, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Basic understanding of Quality Engineering concepts for validating data accuracy and system reliability.

Data Governance, Security & Responsible AI

- Awareness of Data Privacy, Ethics & Security, ensuring compliance with data protection and regulatory requirements.
- Understanding of Data Management & Governance,



including metadata management, data quality, and stewardship.
- Good understanding on Responsible AI principles and AI Literacy, ensuring ethical and explainable use of AI/ML technologies.

Analytical & Business Skills

- Strong Data Storytelling capabilities to translate data insights into meaningful business narratives.
- High level of Data Literacy for interpreting, analyzing, and communicating data effectively.
- Strong Critical Thinking to evaluate data solutions, troubleshoot issues, and make informed decisions.
- Experience in Customer Centricity, with the ability to design solutions that meet business and customer needs.
- Working knowledge of Service Design concepts to help build user-focused solutions.

Collaboration & Delivery Skills

- Competent in Communication, with the ability to present technical information to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Skilled in Coaching & Feedback, supporting knowledge sharing and team development.
- Good understanding of Agile Methodology & Tools, including sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative delivery.
- Capable of Performance & Goal Management, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with team and organizational priorities.
- Exposure to Solutions Design, helping shape technical approaches aligned with business requirements.
