- Manage daily operations of the logistics department, ensuring timely delivery of materials and products to customers.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to inventory management, stock handling, and manpower allocation.
- Develop and implement strategies for effective use of resources, minimizing costs, and improving customer satisfaction.
- Analyze performance metrics such as PNL (Profit & Loss) statements to identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 18-24 years of experience in manufacturing or automotive industry with expertise in operations management.
- Strong decision-making skills with ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Excellent people management skills with experience in team leadership roles.
- Proficiency in Kannada language is required.
