Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee multiple concurrent projects across various business functions.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, analyze budget variances, and implement corrective actions to maintain financial targets.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability across departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and status reviews.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality standards and business objectives.
- Provide regular project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
- Drive effective communication across project teams, leadership, vendors, and clients.
- Manage change requests and ensure alignment with project scope and business priorities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by implementing project management best practices and lessons learned.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Management, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of project management experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and stakeholder expectations in complex project environments.
