Job Description:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support US Bench hiring (W2-based hiring initiatives). The ideal candidate should have robust sourcing experience in US IT recruitment and candidate pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strong experience in W2 hiring and H1B transfer recruitment
- Build and maintain candidate pipeline for US Bench team
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels
- Screen and shortlist IT candidates based on skills and experience
- Understand US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, GC, US Citizens)
- Work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Ensure timely delivery of quality profiles

Required Skills:

- US IT Recruitment / W2 Hiring experience
- Candidate sourcing & screening
- Knowledge of US staffing process & compliance
- Strong communication & coordination skills
- IT technology understanding & market awareness
