Job Summary

We are hiring a ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) to design and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions across customer operations and service delivery.

Mandatory Skills

- ServiceNow Solution Architect / Developer
- Solid experience in CSM, ITSM, CMDB, CSDM Framework
- REST & SOAP Integrations (OAuth, JWT, API Security)
- CI/CD Pipelines & Automation
- ServiceNow Platform Administration

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and own end-to-end ServiceNow CSM solutions
- Design CSM modules: Accounts, Contacts, Cases, SLAs, Entitlements
- Implement Advanced Work Assignment (AWA)
- Apply Predictive Intelligence / Task Intelligence
- Design integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub
- Ensure platform scalability, security (ACLs),



and performance
- Implement Domain Separation for multi-tenant environments
- Lead technical design, reviews, and governance
- Mentor teams and guide delivery lifecycle

Roles & Responsibilities

- Work with IT & business teams (ITIL best practices)
- Monitor platform health, compliance, and usage
- Manage upgrades, releases, and automation workflows
- Troubleshoot complex production issues
- Participate in testing (Unit, Integration, UAT)
- Provide 24x7 support for critical issues
- Maintain documentation and processes
- Act as technical liaison with vendors
