- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve patient billing issues, denials, and payment plans.
- Handle denial management by investigating reasons for denials, appealing denied claims, and reducing write-offs.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as medical records, scheduling, and insurance verification to ensure accurate patient information.
- Analyze call data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the revenue cycle management process.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in US Healthcare industry.
- Robust knowledge of accounts receivable caller activities including denial handling and management.
- Proficiency in RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) software applications used in US healthcare settings.
