- Handle electrical, plumbing, and basic carpentry maintenance work.
- Attend and resolve maintenance complaints across hotel/restaurant outlets.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical and mechanical issues.
- Maintain kitchen equipment, lights, plumbing fixtures, and other facilities.
- Ensure all maintenance work follows safety standards.
