- Design training curriculum and conduct training programs
- Create new training materials or enhance existing learning content
- Track and measure change adoption and user readiness
- Work closely with business and project stakeholders to ensure smooth transformation

Required Skills

- Solid experience in Change Management
- Expertise in communication planning and stakeholder management
- Experience in Learning & Development
- Training Delivery
- Ability to measure adoption metrics and change effectiveness
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience working in enterprise transformation programs preferred
- Preferred Experience in digital transformation / organizational transformation projects
- Certifications in Change Management will be an added advantage.
