Job Purpose:

Managescredit operations and decision support across the region

Handles escalations,harmonizes processes, and partners with business to enable prudent growth

Key Responsibilities:

Review and approve escalated/high value proposals; guide complex structuring withinpolicy

Standardize underwriting practices across locations;run calibration workshops and spot audits

Track regional KPIs (TAT, approval rate, delinquency,exception mix) and drive course corrections

Coordinate with legal/technical/compliance on edgecases and risk mitigants

Publish regional MIS with insights and actiontrackers; manage governance reviews

Mentor Area/Cluster Heads; drive performance andcapability building

Skills Required:

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills





Experience in escalated decision-making

Valuable knowledge of compliance and regulatory aspects

Portfolio analysis and MIS presentation skills

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

Certified CA/ Post-Graduatein Finance, Commerce, or related field

7-10 years in retail credit with multi-locationleadership experience
