Job Summary

Responsible for managing day-to-day logistics operations, shipment planning, vehicle placement, shipment tracking, vendor coordination, and delivery performance to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate vehicle placement, shipment pickups, dispatches, and deliveries.

- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, warehouse teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.

- Track shipments and vehicles in transit, provide timely status updates, and escalate delays or exceptions.

- Manage transporter relationships and monitor vendor performance against agreed SLAs.

- Verify and maintain transportation documents, invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and Proof of Delivery (POD).

- Resolve operational issues such as vehicle breakdowns, shipment delays, and delivery exceptions.

- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and monitor logistics KPIs.





- Analyze delivery performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.

Required Qualifications Skills

- Graduate in any discipline; Logistics or Supply Chain qualification preferred.

- Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.

- Strong knowledge of shipment tracking, vehicle placement, transporter coordination, and logistics documentation.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics management systems.

- Solid communication, problem-solving, vendor management, and coordination skills.

- On-time vehicle placement and delivery performance.

- Shipment tracking and documentation accuracy.

- Vendor SLA compliance.

- Timely resolution of operational issues.

- Customer satisfaction and transportation cost optimization.
