Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day inbound operations, including receiving, put-away, and system updates.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, and discrepancy resolution.
- Lead and manage Warehouse Associates and Data Entry Operators (DEOs).
- Manage site-level Learning Development, including employee induction, process training, and refresher sessions.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and operational targets.
- Prepare MIS reports and monitor performance using MS Excel and WMS.
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications Skills
- Graduate in any discipline; Logistics or Supply Chain qualification preferred.
- Relevant experience in e-commerce warehouse operations, specifically inbound and inventory management.
- Experience in team handling and employee training.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory; Hindi is an added advantage.
- Robust communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
