We are seeking an accomplished Managing Director / India Head - Global Capability Centre (GCC) to provide strategic, operational and organizational leadership for a large-scale India capability centre supporting global business priorities.
The incumbent will carry executive accountability for India's GCC strategy, financial stewardship, operational performance, talent leadership and enterprise governance while positioning the centre as a strategic contributor to global innovation, digital transformation and business value creation.
This mandate requires an experienced multinational executive with the ability to influence global leadership decisions, build world-class capabilities, manage complex organizational structures and transition GCC operations beyond traditional delivery and cost-efficiency models into high-value enterprise partnerships.

- Define and execute the GCC's long-term strategic roadmap aligned with global corporate objectives, enterprise priorities and business growth ambitions.
