- Support day-to-day Finance & Accounting operations.
- Process and review financial transactions accurately and within defined timelines.
- Perform invoice processing, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities.
- Resolve finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate with Spanish-speaking customers, vendors, and business partners through emails and calls.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and account reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.
- Collaborate with global teams to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience working with international stakeholders.
- Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platforms.
- Solid customer service and stakeholder management skills.
