Skill: Service now with ITOM
Experience:6+years
Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore ,Pune
Notice period: Immediate
Experience developing custom applications, modules, forms, and workflows in ServiceNow.
Familiarity with REST, SOAP, and other integration methods
Sound understanding of ServiceNow best practices.
Required Desired Skills like,: MID server Troubleshooting, Cancelled Discovery schedule, Troubleshooting related to Servers, Integrations . CMDB, SAM , Pattern , Current Custom Pattern creating & Extension creation, Service Mapping * Troubleshooting, AIops,
Mandatory Skills:
MID Server troubleshooting
Discovery issues analysis (including cancelled/failed schedules)
Serverlevel troubleshooting & integration fixes
Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Jelly scripting etc.)
CMDB & SAM knowledge
Discovery Pattern creation & extensions
Service Mapping configuration & troubleshooting
AIOps fundamentals and issue resolution
Event Management setup & troubleshooting
Familiarity with REST, SOAP, and other integration methods
