Job Responsibilities:

- Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding medical claims.
- Handle AR calling for denied, rejected, and pending claims.
- Analyze claim status and identify reasons for payment delays or denials.
- Work on both CMS-1500 (Professional Billing) and UB-04 (Institutional Billing) claims.
- Contact insurance companies to resolve claim-related issues and ensure timely reimbursement.
- Maintain accurate documentation of call details, claim status, and follow-up actions.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Required Skills:

- 15 years of experience in US healthcare AR calling.
- Knowledge of medical billing, claim status, denials, and insurance follow-ups.
- Experience handling CMS-1500 and/or UB-04 claim forms.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in the EST shift.
