Responsibilities

- Perform the electronic reliability simulations.
- Solving the simulation convergence issues.
- Post processing and Results interpretation.
- Validate mechanical design and propose solutions to improve design modifications.
- Validation of simulation results by comparing with test results.
- Supporting methodology development and benchmarking simulation tools applications.
- Time planning, Tracking and updating the status of the customer.
- Document and share best practices.
- Successfully handle multiple priorities.

Education/Training

- Bachelor/Master s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute or university

Experience

- Candidates must have around 1-4 years of significant professional experience in FEA analysis using Ansys Sherlock and workbench.
- Good theoretical knowledge on core Mechanical subjects like SOM, Dynamics and Fatigue.
- Good experience in thermal, nonlinear simulations, Vibration simulations (Modal, Harmonic, PSD, Transient) and Optimization.
- Good in understanding of Automotive Systems
- Valuable problem solving and communication skills
- Notion in electronics
- FEA calculation performed / a plus, and Ansys Sherlock is another plus
