- Strong experience as a Product Owner in banking/payments or a related financial-services domain.
- Positive understanding of end-to-end payment processing; exposure to high-value, low-value, real-time, or cross-border payments is preferred.
- Familiarity with payment messaging and ISO 20022 would be an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively across business, technology, QA, and delivery teams in an Agile environment
