Role Manage end-to-end sales billing and support core accounting for RGML's EV fleet business.

Responsibilities:

• Generate GST-compliant sales invoices (e-invoicing, IRN, e-way bills) for B2B fleet clients

• Validate billing data against contracts/trip logs; resolve billing and balance queries and credit/debit notes

* Reconcile sales entries and invoices and provide information for GSTR 1

* Maintain customer agreements and summaries

* Track receivables ageing, collections follow-up, customer ledger reconciliation

* Support month-end close and audit queries related to billing/revenue

* Adapt to evolving billing technology new invoicing/ERP systems, client-side vendor management portals, and automation tools and help streamline existing billing workflows accordingly

* Account entries for other items beyond sales billing (expenses, vendor bills, journal entries, etc.) as needed Requirements

* Any finance undergrad degree

* 1year in billing or accounting, B2B/services background preferred

* Freshers also can apply

* Solid GST knowledge; proficient in Tally and Excel
