Responsibilities
- 4-6 Years (Preferable: ANSYS, ANSYS Fluent, MSC Nastran, LS DYNA, n-Code, MBD)
- Design optimization techniques
- Knowledge of PTC- CREO, Python
- Positive theoretical and Analytical knowledge in Engineering Mechanics, Design and Engineering materials and Finite Element Methods.
- Good in Analytical Calculation, FEA report preparation and presentation skills.
- Simulation Automation , Knowledge of Fatigue Life Estimation.
- Knowledge of Simulation Data Management
- Engage in close collaboration with global simulation and design specialists.
- Your profile as Simulation-Digital Twin Engineer (m/f/d): Multiphysics simulation (Structural, thermal, fluid, electromagnetic)
- Virtual representation of physical systems, interpret analysis results and suggest best solution to design team.
- Development, planning of the simulation model, validation process in accordance with ASME V&V; 10-2019
- Correlation of simulation results with test data/results.
- Creation of simulation procedures for Hybrid Release
- Delivery the FEA results in first time right and on time (FTRoT).
- Support in the creation of design guidelines
- Real-time data integration from sensors
