KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Report regularly to the Regional Business Manager on business plan execution, revenue/financial results, and operational issues.
- Manage all clinic operations including staffing, customer service, expenditure & accounts, statutory compliance, and security & safety.
- Build business through sales executives — organize community camps, health awareness programmes, and enrollment drives.
- Attract leading consultants/doctors to practice at the clinic.
- Manage staff scheduling including work assignments, rotations, training, vacations, overtime, and shift rotations.
- Provide excellent customer service; manage all external and internal relations.
- Promote a sales and service culture through personal example, coaching, and staff motivation.
- Responsible for P&L; management for a unit generating approximately ₹20 Cr in business.
- Ensure NABH/NABL accreditation compliance and quality management standards.
- Drive digital health adoption — teleconsultation, app-based appointment systems, and digital patient journey.




- Solve daily operational issues proactively across HR, sales, and administration.
- DESIRED PROFILE
- Proven ability to deliver high customer satisfaction consistently.
- Experienced in managing teams of ~20 employees including medical technicians, nurses, front office, accounts, and sales staff.
- Capable of managing prime clinic real estate (approx. 3,000 sq. ft.) and significant capital investment.
- Experience attracting and managing consultant doctors at a clinic/hospital.
- Strong P&L; acumen with experience as a profit centre head.
- Positive leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- • Monthly and annual revenue vs. target.

- OPD footfall and patient volume growth.

- Patient satisfaction scores (NPS / CMS ratings).

- Staff attrition and training compliance.

- Accreditation and compliance audit scores.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
