DGR Freightlink Private Limited is an expanding asset-backed logistics company based out of the Dankuni freight hub.

We are aggressively expanding our footprint across West Bengal's core industrial belts. We do not currently have a physical office or branch in your location. This means you will be our pioneer on the ground, handling everything end-to-end to launch and grow our presence in your city.This is not a regular desk job. It is an entrepreneurial opportunity for a highly driven qualified who wants to run an independent territory, establish direct relationships, and build DGR Freightlink’s business from scratch.

Key Responsibilities (End-to-End Ownership)

- Market Entry & Mapping: Identify, visit, and map out every major steel rolling mill, sponge iron plant, cement factory, or Customs House Agent (CHA) in your assigned zone.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Act as the face of DGR Freightlink. Reach out to factory dispatch managers and local trade merchants to onboard them as client partners.
- Independent Load Management: Secure daily commercial cargo requirements for heavy vehicles pan india.
- On-Ground Operations: Manage vehicle placements, handle loading protocols at the factory gates, verify paperwork, and solve on-site operational bottlenecks independently.
- Head Office Reporting:



Work closely with the core directors at our Dankuni headquarters via phone and tracking sheets to match trucks with your secured loads.

Who We Are Looking For

- Self-Starter & Independent: Since you will be working remotely without a physical local branch office, you must be disciplined, self-motivated, and capable of working without daily supervision.
- Aggressive Communicator: Exceptional negotiation skills in Hindi and Bengali to pitch successfully to corporate factory heads as well as manage ground-level truck operators.
- Street-Smart & Connected: Strong knowledge of the local industrial layout and geographic pockets of your city.
- Mandatory Assets: You must own a reliable motorcycle for extensive daily field travel, a valid driving licence, and a smartphone.

Salary & High-Growth Compensation

We protect your basic needs while providing uncapped earning potential for building our territory:

- Fixed Base Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Commensurate with experience/grit).
- Allowances: Monthly fuel and mobile expenses fully covered.
- Territory Launch Incentive: A lucrative commission paid out per loaded vehicle that you independently secure and execute.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
