Job Description:

Chemnine LLP is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assosiate to support the sales team with daily coordination, payment follow-ups, and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and payment commitments.

* Coordinate with customers and the accounts team for payment updates and collections.

* Follow up on pending orders, quotations, and other sales-related requirements.

* Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely communication with customers.

* Maintain records of customer follow-ups, payment status, and pending activities.





* Assist the sales team with daily administrative and coordination tasks.

* Ensure timely follow-ups and proper documentation of all sales-related activities.

Requirements:

* Any Graduate.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Robust follow-up and coordination skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.

* Ability to maintain records and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

* Candidates with experience in sales coordination, payment follow-ups, or customer service will be preferred.
