We are looking for confident, motivated, and result-oriented individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Executives.

JOB DETAILS

- Position: Inside Sales Executive
- Location: Haldwani, Uttarakhand
- Shift: Night Shift
- Working Hours: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Make calls to assigned leads and communicate professionally with potential customers.
- Work on a limited number of assigned leads each day, focusing on conversation quality and successful sales conversions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Address customer queries and resolve concerns effectively.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Achieve sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Fluent English communication skills (mandatory).
- Solid verbal communication and active listening abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
- Ability to understand customer needs and resolve queries over calls.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to convert potential leads into paying customers.





TRAINING & SELECTION PROCESS

Selected candidates will undergo an initial training period of 15–20 days. Their communication skills, product knowledge, customer-handling abilities, and overall sales performance will be evaluated.

- Training Stipend: Candidates will receive a stipend throughout the training period.
- Training Certificate: All candidates who successfully complete the training period will receive an official Training Completion Certificate, irrespective of their selection for permanent employment.
- Permanent Employment: Candidates demonstrating satisfactory performance will be considered for permanent employment.

COMPENSATION

Starting Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
