A leading consumer products company specializing in kitchenware, home appliances, and household solutions. The company has a strong presence across retail and e-commerce platforms, focusing on product quality, innovation, customer satisfaction, and expanding its digital marketplace business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Amazon Seller Central operations and marketplace performance.
- Optimize product listings using Amazon SEO, titles, bullet points, backend keywords, A+ Content, and Brand Store enhancements.
- Plan and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Sponsored Video campaigns to improve ROAS and reduce ACOS/TACOS.
- Monitor keyword rankings, search term performance, bids, and campaign profitability.
- Manage catalog creation, variation management, suppressed listings, browse nodes, and catalog troubleshooting.
- Monitor FBA inventory, FC-wise stock availability, replenishment, stranded inventory, IPI score, and storage utilization.
- Maintain account health by resolving policy violations, Andon cases, buyer messages, and performance notifications.
- Analyze sales reports, business trends, and category performance to drive revenue and profitability.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for product images, A+ Content, and Brand Store updates.
- Collaborate with supply chain, warehouse, and customer support teams.
- Lead and mentor a team of 2–4 Category Managers, assign targets, review performance, and ensure timely execution.

2. Experience Must Have

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Amazon Account Management experience.
- At least 2 years of team management and leadership experience.
- Robust hands-on expertise in Amazon Seller Central, FBA, PPC, Amazon SEO, and catalog management.
- Proven experience managing Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display,



and other Amazon advertising campaigns.
- Experience optimizing ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, bids, and advertising performance through bulk sheets.
- Experience in listing optimization, catalog troubleshooting, account health, and inventory management.
- Experience analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and implementing growth strategies.

3. Experience Preferred

- Experience in the Kitchen & Home Appliances category.
- Experience managing large product catalogs and multiple product categories.
- Experience with Amazon Brand Registry, A+ Content, and Brand Store optimization.
- Experience in FBA inventory planning, stock replenishment, and inventory health management.
- Experience leading Category Managers and driving business growth and profitability.

4. Skill Set

- Amazon Seller Central and FBA operations.
- Amazon PPC campaign management and optimization.
- Amazon SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization.
- Advertising metrics: ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, and CVR.
- Bid optimization and bulk sheet management.
- Catalog management, account health, and policy compliance.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, and reporting.
- Sales analysis, strategic planning, and problem-solving.
- Team leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

5. Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field preferred.
- MBA in Marketing or a related specialization will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
