Role Overview

We’re looking for confident communicators to handle incoming customer enquiries, explain products, assist with orders, and follow up with interested customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend incoming customer calls and assist potential buyers.
- Explain product features and answer customer questions.
- Follow up with interested customers and pending enquiries.
- Record customer interactions and order details accurately.

Requirements

- Fluency in Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, or Telugu.




- Basic English for internal communication.
- Good communication skills and reliable follow-through.
- Smartphone and stable internet connection.
- Sales or telecalling experience is an advantage; freshers are welcome.

Work Arrangement & Earnings

- Fully remote, with availability-based scheduling.
- Customer enquiries may come throughout the day, with calling activity generally extending until 9:00 PM.
- The role prioritises genuine inbound enquiries, supported by follow-up calls when needed.
- Performance-based earnings; actual income depends on eligible sales. No fixed salary is offered.
