Job Summary

We are looking for an expert and result-driven Senior Overseas Education Counsellor to lead our student advisory and enrollment services. In this role, your primary objective is to manage the complete international study-abroad lifecycle, converting walk-ins and student databases into university enrollments. (Please note: This profile focus is entirely on expert B2C profile evaluation, university suggestions, documentation, and high-conversion student counseling).

Key Responsibilities

- Direct Sales Closure: Meet with students and parents at our Rajahmundry office to evaluate academic profiles, deliver expert counseling, and convert warm leads into university enrollments.
- Applications & Document Review:



Oversee end-to-end reviewing and checking the documents and share the sample Statements of Purpose (SOPs), Letters of Recommendation (LORs), and resumes.
- Visa & Financial Guidance: Advise families on student visa documentation, financial proof compliance, educational loans, and conduct mock visa interview prep.
- Database & Target Management: Routinely follow up with walk-ins and lead databases through CRM platforms to consistently achieve monthly and seasonal enrollment targets.

Requirements & Skills

- Industry Knowledge: Deep, updated understanding of major study destinations (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe), university criteria, and visa rules.
- Communication: Exceptional face-to-face consultation, empathy, and active listening skills to build trust with parents and students.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Telugu.
- Work Location: Rajahmundry Office - In person.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
