Job Summary

MK Cleanroom Projects is looking for an experienced Production Head to manage manufacturing operations for cleanroom panels, doors, ceilings, laboratory furniture, cabinets, and other sheet-metal products. The candidate must have practical knowledge of CNC programming and machine operation, along with strong production planning and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor daily and project-wise production schedules.
- Manage CNC laser cutting, turret punching, press-brake bending, fabrication, and assembly operations.
- Review and verify CNC programs, drawings, DXF/DWG files, nesting, tooling, and machine setups.
- Lead CNC operators, fabricators, supervisors, and production staff.
- Ensure product quality, material utilization, machine efficiency, and on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Project teams.
- Monitor production MIS, machine downtime, rejection, rework, scrap, and productivity.
- Ensure workplace safety, 5S,



and adherence to approved drawings and procedures.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing or production management.
- Practical CNC programming and operating knowledge is mandatory.
- Experience with CNC laser cutting, turret punching, and press-brake bending preferred.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, DXF/DWG files, sheet-metal fabrication, and MS Excel.
- Solid leadership, problem-solving, planning, and coordination skills.
- Experience in cleanroom panels, HVAC, modular panels, or sheet-metal fabrication is an advantage.
