Director - Global Business Service (GBS) Consulting || Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore

Role overview:

Looking for experienced professionals (10-15 years of experience) having rich experience in GCC (global capability centre)/ GBS (Global Business Service) advisory, Shared services optimization & Operational excellence programs/ projects. As part of this high-performing team, you will get an opportunity to work with a variety of Engagements in with local and global teams across industry verticals. You will be either leading or will be a part of large transformation programs and driving business impact.

Required technical knowledge:

Shared Services Outsourcing Advisory Specific
- Understanding of GBS/GCC, lifecycle, models and value proposition
- Preferred experience with either outsourcing company/ in house centres in the areas of process excellence/ Transformation/ Digital/ Transitions/ Process Re-engineering
- Operating model assessment, design and roll out
- Ability to create Process Documentation (Maps/ RACI/ SLAs ), Perform Time and motion studies/ Manpower assessments
- Strong Powerpoint , Excel and Visio skills
- Bonus to have experience with process mining (Own experience)
- Good understanding of technology and use cases in business

Travel Readiness (Domestic/ International): Up to 50%

Ideal candidate description:

- Sales, Business Development, Operating model Strategy, Operating Model Design, Value realization, Presales, Digital Transformation
- Should have worked on international clients
- Should have GBS/ GCC work details clearly visible on the CV.
- In GBS space, should have multi-functional GBS implementation experience viz. HR Operations, Supply Chain.




- Should know how to do prospect analysis
- Should have exposure to:

Finance Transformation, Business Transformation, Shared services Strategy/ Advisory, Outsourcing Strategy/ Advisory, Transformation Consulting, Finance Consulting, Outsourcing consulting, Process re-engineering, Process Design, transition, implementation, Operating model

Important to note:

- Pure play financial service experience will not be acceptable
- Pure technical transformation work experience is not acceptable
- Candidates with Tech consulting experience who have done automation and system implementation and have little or no core GBS experience will not be fit for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹5,500,000.00 per year
