The Demand Side Relationship Manager will be a major player in building relationships between the organization and prospective clients. You will understand and guide the company's customer strategy and product strategy to ensure efforts are well aligned.

Business/Subject Matter Understanding and Talking Point Development

- Understand the organization holistically, including our company, ways of doing things, subject matter, and product details
- Write and develop talking points when speaking to customers about these facets in various channels

Research, Analysis, and Reporting

- Conduct demand-side analysis, including developing potential customer lists
- Offer feedback and input on market, product, and segment strategy to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
- Assist in developing a compelling value proposition for the organization to successfully enter and expand within target markets.

Customer Relationship and Communication Management

- Apply customer and market insights to enhance communication and relationship-building efforts.




- Deliver the organization’s value proposition in a way that resonates with customer needs.
- Assist in handling customer queries, including documentation such as RFIs, RFQs, and related communications.
- Coordinate and document meetings and communications to ensure shared understanding and follow-up.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer-side priorities and help align internal efforts accordingly.

Internal Coordination and Project Support

- Support communication and coordination between internal teams and customers to maintain project alignment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across operations, design, logistics, and project teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Help monitor progress, identify potential opportunities, and contribute feedback to enhance product and service delivery.
