Technical Lead, Engineering

Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive the architectural and developmental strategy for our engineering initiatives within the IT Services sector. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable software solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical excellence. This position demands a deep understanding of modern application frameworks and distributed systems, serving as a key mentor to the development team while maintaining high standards of code quality and system reliability.
Responsibilities

- Architect and lead the development of robust backend services and microservices using Java-based ecosystems.

- Design and implement real-time data processing pipelines utilizing Kafka and Redis for high-throughput scenarios.

- Manage infrastructure and deployment pipelines through Jenkins, Nginx, and Git to ensure seamless continuous integration and delivery.

- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from concept to production, ensuring adherence to best practices in security and performance.

- Facilitate agile workflows and project tracking using Jira and Confluence to maintain transparency and efficiency across teams.

- Lead code reviews, technical discussions,



and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

- Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide strategic guidance on technology stack evolution.

RequirementsRequirements:

- Minimum of 8 to 12 years of skilled software development experience, with a focus on enterprise-level applications.

- Proficiency in core Java technologies, including Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate for building scalable enterprise solutions.

- Strong expertise in the Groovy and Grails frameworks for rapid application development.

- Hands-on experience with messaging systems like Kafka and caching solutions such as Redis and Hazelcast.

- Solid background in frontend development with Angular to support full-stack capabilities.

- Proficiency with version control systems (Git), CI/CD tools (Jenkins), and web servers (Nginx).

- Demonstrated ability to utilize project management and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence effectively.

- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects within the IT Services domain.
