Job Description:

SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting

- As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components and applications.
- The role requires working within agile project environments, applying modern development frameworks, and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business requirements and continuous improvement of existing systems are integral parts of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of custom software components to meet evolving business needs.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

- Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for enterprise applications.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
