Role Summary

The Fullstack Developer builds end-to-end features spanning modern React frontends and Python backends, backed by both DynamoDB (NoSQL) and PostgreSQL (relational) data stores. The role bridges UI/UX implementation with robust backend and data layer design.

Key Responsibilities

Develop responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using React.

Build and maintain backend APIs and services in Python.

Design and manage data models across DynamoDB and PostgreSQL.

Implement state management, component libraries, and reusable UI patterns.

Ensure seamless integration between frontend, backend, and data layers.

Write automated tests across the stack (unit, integration, and UI).

Collaborate with designers, product owners, and other engineers to deliver features.

Optimize application performance across client, server, and database layers.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required Skills





Frontend
- Robust proficiency in React (hooks, component architecture, state management).
- Solid Java Script/Type Script, HTML5, and CSS3 skills.
- Experience with frontend build tooling and package managers (Vite/Webpack, npm/yarn).
- Familiarity with REST/GraphQL API consumption.

Backend
- Proficiency in Python and web frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).
- Experience designing and building REST APIs.

Data
- Experience with DynamoDB (partition/sort key design, access patterns, indexing).
- Experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, queries, indexing, transactions).
- Understanding of when to use NoSQL vs. relational data models.

General
- Version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and testing best practices.
