Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Nexthink Architect to lead the architecture, implementation, integration, and optimization of enterprise-wide Digital Employee Experience (DEX) solutions. The role requires expertise in Nexthink, EUC, Digital Workplace, Endpoint Management, Analytics, Automation, and Enterprise Integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise Nexthink DEX solutions.
- Create HLD/LLD, architecture diagrams, deployment strategies, and governance frameworks.
- Lead Nexthink implementation across Windows, macOS, and VDI environments.
- Configure Nexthink Collectors,



Dashboards, Investigations, Campaigns, Remote Actions, and Automation Frameworks.
- Integrate Nexthink with ServiceNow, Intune, SCCM/MECM, Azure AD, ITSM, SIEM, and Power BI platforms.
- Define DEX KPIs, Experience Scores, SLAs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
- Drive proactive monitoring, self-healing automation, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with EUC, Infrastructure, Service Desk, Security, Network, and Business teams.
- Establish governance, security, compliance, and operational standards for DEX environments.

Required Experience

- 10+ years in IT Infrastructure, EUC, Digital Workplace, IT Operations, or Monitoring Solutions.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Nexthink implementation and architecture experience.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide DEX transformation programs.
- Experience integrating Nexthink with ServiceNow and endpoint management tools.
- Robust expertise in large-scale monitoring, analytics, and workplace experience platforms.
- Experience working with global enterprise customers.
