As a Senior Staff Data & Information Architect, you will lead the architecture, reliability, security, performance, and lifecycle management of enterprise Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) database platforms. You will oversee database administration services supporting critical ERP environments hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and used by global teams around the clock. Working closely with application operations, product development, and infrastructure teams, you will ensure high availability, operational efficiency, and cost-effective service delivery. You will drive enterprise data governance, strengthen security practices, and establish robust processes for incident and issue management. The role also involves leading and mentoring a specialist DBA team, promoting automation, and simplifying complex operations. Database Operations & Service Delivery: Lead DBA support for business-critical ERP environments hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliable 24/7 support for global operations.

Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor the Oracle EBS DBA vendor team while partnering with application operations, product development, infrastructure, and digital IT leadership to deliver effective technology services.
