About you and this role
As the Total Rewards Operations Leader/Benefits Manager based in Navi Mumbai, you will establish and lead the Mumbai-based Global Total Rewards Operations Hub, delivering compensation and benefits processes across all regions. You will build a high-performing team and scalable operating model that ensures operational excellence, compliance, service quality,
and a consistent employee experience through strong governance, controls, service management, and knowledge practices.
Working autonomously, you will partner with the Global Total Rewards Service Delivery Manager to improve and simplify processes, increase scalability, and advance a globally integrated Total Rewards delivery model.
You will combine deep compensation and advantages expertise with strong operational leadership and people development skills to independently lead a high-performing global service organization.
