How you'll make an impact:
As a Product Manager with AI experience, you are the link between our users and our engineering team. You will work with users to understand what they need, and you will have the technical skills to work with engineers to deliver it. A key part of the role is finding where AI can save our customers time and effort in inventory management, and turning those opportunities into features that enterprise users love and trust.
You will explore and shape product ideas by interviewing customers, studying competitors,
and testing new technology, including AI models, tools, and open source options. There are many good ideas, but only some can be built. You will work with UX, engineering, and leadership to choose the ones that matter most, and to decide where AI is the right answer and where a simpler solution works better.

What you'll do:

Turn business goals into clear software requirements.
•
Find and define AI use cases for Core, such as forecasting, data entry, search, and automation of routine tasks, and write the requirements for each.

Rank features based on market research, customer need, and company strategy.
•
Manage project scope by making trade-offs between time and cost, and between security and speed.
•
Set success measures for AI features, such as accuracy, time saved, and user adoption, and track them after launch.
