Position Summary
A Research Associate has to work on planned Lab Experiments, Collecting,
analyzing and compiling data and communicate with towards develop a cost effective process for fine chemicals / excipients via process feasibility study, optimization, lab validation and scale up.
Responsibilities will include:
• Execution of Daily Lab Experiments as per planning
• To develop a cost-effective process for fine chemicals / excipients via Literature search, process feasibility study, Route selection, optimization, lab Process validation and scale up.
• To work on Different ideas for Process improvement, Process development, Process yield factor, Effluent reduction etc.
• To ensure online documentation like LNB writing etc.
• Synthesis and Isolation of Genotoxic, Nitrosamine, Elemental and other potential impurities.
• Responsible for Lab Safety while Experimentation as well as handling and disposal of chemicals and report all unsafe conditions to their supervisor or safety co
