Responsibilities:
PRIMARY ROLE
• Legal Reviews:
o Review and negotiate engagement letters, service agreements, works and consultancy contracts, NDAs, general commercial contracts etc., including coordinating input from and summarizing key legal issues to internal stakeholders.
o Review corporate secretarial and funding documents of investment structures, including consideration of wider non-legal implications of the corporate actions based on review guide.
o Assist with the coordination of Singapore investment committee meetings and board meetings relating to Blackstone real estate transactions, including liaising with external counsel and finalizing minute
