As we transition from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our hybrid Bengaluru based team. We are looking for a Data Processing Specialist to contribute to our mission by ensuring deliverables are produced in a timely manner and in accordance with client specifications. To meet customer needs, the team works a 6:30pm-3:30am IST shift aligned to ET timezone working hybrid from our Whitefield, Bengaluru office.



You will play a key role in connecting data to client outcomes, ensuring accuracy, speed, and consistency across every project.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Maintain project oversight and communicating with our clients to ensure their requirements are being met.

• Work closely with our Client Services and Programming teams to ensure thorough understanding of project and data requirements.

• Utilize all tools made available by Konovo to facilitate efficient and accurate deliverables. These may include proprietary platforms, standard industry tools and/or AI-assisted technology.

• Partner with cross-departmental colleagues, such as the product organization, to provide user feedback, insights, and recommendations.

• Ensure business needs are met through effective execution.

What We’re Looking For:

• Two+ years of experience in Market Research Data Processing with transparent ownership
