Our valuation professionals are experts in private market pricing valuation services. The team assists clients with post-trade valuation of alternative investments, focusing on debt and equity positions where no active market quotations are available. We value collaboration, innovation, and delivering high-quality insights to our clients.
Responsibilities and Impact:
• Perform valuations on a wide range of illiquid investments across industries and geographies using S&P;'s valuation methodologies.
• Report valuation results to clients and handle client queries.
• Contribute to the design and enhancement of the financial models used to perform valuations.
• Work with management to maintain client relationships.
• Attend relevant industry events to broaden knowledge and experience within the alternative asset industry.
• Support the team in responding to client price challenges and maintaining strong client relationships.

What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:




• Qualified accountant or CFA candidate currently working to obtain qualification.
• Experience constructing and reviewing valuation models and other financial models (e.g., DCF, comparable company, commodity contracts/forecasts, intangible asset models).
• Knowledge of software packages including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Commercial awareness and experience responding to client price challenges.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:
