Job Title: Manager – Business Support, PMO

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the internal & external stakeholders, monitor, control, and govern projects.

As a Manager under Business Support service line, you will oversee end-to-end Customer projects for Americas Region.

Your role will focus on delivering well-architected solutions that enhance both customer and business experiences. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving project execution, ensuring quality deliverables, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships within a matrix organization. The incumbent will leverage expertise in SDLC, business analysis, and project management to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight :

• Creating standardized project charters and governance structures.
• Establishing project management workflows, stage gates, approval processes,



and reporting requirements.
• Managing project intake and prioritization.
• Help Team drive project planning, execution, and delivery within agreed scope, timeline, and quality.
• Tracking project milestones, dependencies, risks, and advantages realization.
• Ensure clarity of requirements and alignment with business
• Manage changes, risks, and dependencies
• Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and project governance

Quality & Delivery Assurance :

• Ensure deliverables meet business requirements and quality
• Oversee testing, validation, and readiness for production
• Monitor key delivery metrics and take corrective action where
• Promote continuous improvement in processes to enhance delivery quality.
• Developing executive dashboards and reporting.

Coordination & Governance :

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Automating reminders, follow-ups, and escal
