About the Role

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Intern to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media, influencer trends, and digital marketing, with a keen interest in building influencer collaborations and executing engaging marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Reach out to influencers for brand collaborations, partnerships, and campaign opportunities.
• Coordinate with influencers regarding campaign briefs, deliverables, timelines, and content approvals.
• Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
• Track influencer performance, engagement rates, reach, and campaign results.




• Maintain and update influencer databases, contact lists, and campaign trackers.
• Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and emerging creators.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Assist in preparing campaign reports and analyzing performance metrics.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid interest in influencer marketing, social media, and digital trends.
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Good research, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
