Job Title - Maintenance Fitter

Industry: Food Processing & Packaging (Peanut/Nuts Processing Plant)

Qualification: ITI Fitter / Diploma in Mechanical

Experience: 3–5 Years

Department: Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance of production and packaging machines.
• Handle mechanical breakdowns and troubleshooting.
• Maintain conveyors, elevators, roasting machines, sorting machines and packing machines.
• Repair and replace bearings, belts, chains, gearboxes and other mechanical parts.
• Perform basic fabrication, welding, grinding and fitting work.
• Ensure proper machine functioning and minimize downtime.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain hygiene standards.




• Maintain maintenance records and coordinate with the production team.

Required Skills

• Positive knowledge of mechanical fitting and maintenance.
• Experience with food processing and packaging machinery preferred.
• Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance and breakdown handling.
• Willingness to work in shifts as required.
