About the Role
Assistara Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for fluent Spanish-speaking Travel Sales Agents to join our International Travel Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, assisting with travel reservations, and converting sales opportunities into confirmed bookings while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Candidates should possess strong communication and sales skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to understand travel requirements and recommend suitable solutions across multiple travel services.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers regarding travel bookings, inquiries, and reservations.
• Assist customers with airline ticket bookings, hotel reservations, car rentals, and cruise bookings.
• Communicate fluently in Spanish and English to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate travel solutions.
• Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings while achieving individual sales targets.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue per booking.
• Handle itinerary modifications, cancellations, rescheduling, and other booking-related queries.
• Explain travel options, pricing, policies, and booking conditions clearly to customers.
• Build strong customer relationships through skilled communication and effective sales techniques.
• Maintain accurate booking records and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Meet performance expectations related to sales conversion, revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and call quality.
Requirements
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in US Travel Sales or an international travel process preferred.
