• For the placement cell (TPO): a live placement pipeline, batch-level readiness reports and an employer tracker, set up in about a week.

THE ROLE
You'll be our first dedicated B2B sales hire on the ground in Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad, a belt of 260+ colleges we've already mapped. You own the full cycle, from first WhatsApp to signed annual contract, and work directly with the founders.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Own the territory. Work a mapped list of engineering, management, pharma and law colleges. Prioritise, visit, follow up.
• Win the TPO. Reach Training & Placement Officers by WhatsApp, LinkedIn, phone and campus visits. Run discovery calls to understand how their placement season really works.
• Map every gate. Most college deals need the TPO, HOD, Principal and Management to agree. Know who signs before you pitch.
• Open doors with workshops. Set up free GenAI and career-readiness workshops on campus. They are our main entry point, and our founders will present with you.
