?‍? YOUR ROLE
We’re looking for a Founder’s Office (GTM) hire to work directly with our CEO, Devyani Gupta, as her right hand on everything go-to-market. You’ll sit where strategy, sales, and execution meet, turning GTM ideas into revenue and building growth engines that work without the founder in every deal.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role, not a passive strategy one. It’s in person at our office in Indiranagar, Bangalore.

Your work will involve:
• ? Be the CEO’s GTM co-pilot on strategy, key deals, pipeline reviews, pricing, and enterprise sales motions
• ? Own high-impact GTM initiatives, from launching new ICPs, verticals, and geographies to fixing weak parts of the funnel (lead → POC → go-live)
• ? Drive POC-to-revenue conversion: find out why deals win or stall, tighten narratives and demos, sharpen proof points, and get POCs signed
• ? Sit in on sales calls,

customer reviews, and renewals, and turn what you hear into sharper positioning, playbooks, and objection handling
• ? Support strategic partnerships, enterprise pilots, pricing experiments, and lighthouse accounts
• ? Build repeatable playbooks for outbound, enterprise sales, buying committees, renewals, and expansion
• ? Evaluate recent regions, segments, and use cases, and design the GTM motion before we scale it
• ? Track GTM metrics (conversion, deal velocity, win/loss, expansion), call out gaps, and push teams toward outcomes

? Why This Role Rocks
• A front-row seat to building and scaling a startup, working directly with the CEO
• Work on everything from strategy to operations to fundraising
• Sell a product already live with Axis Bank, RBL Bank, IndusInd Bank, Aditya Birla, Shriram Finance, Paytm, Cred, Tata 1mg, upGrad, Physics Wallah and more
• Work with senior leaders at some of India
