Role overview:
We are seeking a Senior Accountant for our India office (Navi Mumbai) to manage accounting, taxation, and administrative operations in close coordination with our Korea headquarters and U.S. office.
This role requires a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive candidate with hands-on accounting experience, strong knowledge of Indian statutory compliance (GST, TDS), high integrity, and the ability to support day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting in ORACLE JDE.
• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring proper documentation and approval as per the company policy.




• Handle accounts receivable transactions including invoice processing, AR collection follow-ups, weekly/monthly meeting with the management.
• Monitor company expenses, employee reimbursement, credit card transactions booking in system, and prepare and submit expense reports and approval requests as required.
• Manage daily cash operations and banking activities, including reconciliation of INR and EEFC accounts, execution of payments and collections, and maintenance of daily fund reporting and liquidity tracking.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Prepare and support fixed asset management, including depreciation schedules; calculate contract liabilities, prepaid and outstanding balances, accruals, and provision reports as required.
