The successful candidate will own assigned customer platform capabilities and drive continuous development, governance, and delivery of trusted customer data products. The role combines product ownership, customer data management, platform governance, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure high-quality, scalable, and business-value-driven customer data solutions across AGCO's global ecosystem.

Your Experience And Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, Digital Technologies, or any related field.

• Total 2- 3 Years of Professional experience in customer data management, MDM, data governance, or data quality.
• Strong experience in digital product ownership and agile IT delivery.
• Functional or hands-on experience with Reltio, Salesforce, and Databricks.
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional coll
