Role Description The Human Resources Manager at Skillofy_AI is a full time,



remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations and supporting a distributed, high-growth team. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding processes, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The role includes developing and implementing HR policies, managing performance review cycles, and supporting employee engagement, well-being, and retention initiatives. The Human Resources Manager will handle employee relations, maintain compliance with labor laws and company standards, and manage HR data, documentation, and HRIS tools. This role also collaborates with leadership to support workforce planning, learning and development initiatives, and a culture aligned with Skillofy_AI’s mission and values.
